Sales & Order Policy
How we quote, produce and ship.
This page states the terms we work on for wholesale orders. It applies to every quotation we issue unless that quotation says otherwise in writing. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Minimum order quantity

Quantities below 2,000 pieces are not accepted at wholesale. For smaller volumes, buy the retail packs in our shop.
Prices and incoterms
All wholesale prices are quoted in USD on FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai terms. Price is set by the quantity band your order falls into; there is one ladder and it is the same for every buyer. The full ladder is published to registered business buyers on the Factory Direct Pricing page.
DDP is available on request, by sea or by air, priced as FOB plus freight at the rate current on the day of quotation. Every quotation states its own validity date. Prices exclude import duty, VAT and any customs clearance charges in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation is explicitly DDP.

Payment is by bank transfer (T/T) to the account of CANGNAN COUNTY QIWEI CRAFT CO., LTD. Production is scheduled when the deposit clears. We do not operate an Alibaba account and do not offer Trade Assurance; if a supplier profile using our name appears there, it is not us.

| Mandatory markings | The safety warnings, the CE mark and the manufacturer identification must remain on the frame. Artwork that removes them cannot be printed. This is a legal requirement of EU 2016/425, not a house rule. |

Quality control and inspection
| Incoming filter | Every filter batch is tested in our laboratory in China before it enters production. A failed batch is not used. |

Documents
The EN ISO 12312-2:2015(E) test report, the EU type-examination certificate (module B, number 0068-PPE-0187) and the Declaration of Conformity are provided on request, without a non-disclosure agreement. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin are issued with every shipment. Certificates and downloadable DoCs are on the Certifications and Documents page.
Shortages, damage and claims
Check the shipment against the packing list on arrival. Report any shortage or transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the cartons and the lot numbers printed on them.
If you suspect a filter defect, stop selling the affected lot and send us samples from it. We will test them and, where the buyer's own or an independent accredited laboratory is involved, we accept its finding. Where a defect against EN ISO 12312-2:2015 is confirmed in goods we manufactured, we replace the affected quantity or credit it, at your choice. Claims arising from re-packing, re-printing or handling after the goods left our factory are not covered.
Retail orders on this website
Retail packs bought through this site ship free to every country we sell to, with no minimum. Retail orders are separate from wholesale and are not priced on the wholesale ladder. Returns and refunds on retail orders follow our published refund policy.
Send the quantity, the destination port and whether you need custom printing. You get a firm FOB price and a production slot, usually the same working day.
