Thank you for visiting and shopping at Qiwei Solar Eclipse Glasses. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—especially as the solar eclipse date approaches—shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR SOLAR ECLIPSE EVENTS:
Please verify the shipping time carefully. We strongly recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before the solar eclipse event to ensure your glasses arrive on time. We are not responsible for carrier delays that may cause the package to arrive after the eclipse date if the order was placed too close to the event.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking (发货确认与追踪)

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Qiwei Solar Eclipse Glasses is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages 

Qiwei Solar Eclipse Glasses is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, safety is our priority.

  • If your eclipse glasses arrive with damaged or scratched lenses, DO NOT USE THEM.

  • Please contact us immediately at  support@qiweisolareclipse.com] with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy 

We currently ship to the following countries:Europe,UK

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
